First Elite Capital Modaraba’s Director Increases Stake in Company Shares

Subsequently, on February 6, 2025, he purchased an additional 1,176 shares at a slightly higher rate of 6.73 per share, raising his cumulative shares to 736,815, which represents a 6.49% stake.



Continuing his investment, on February 13, 2025, Mr. Amin bought 1,360 more shares at a rate of 7.00 per share. With this acquisition, his total shareholding increased to 738,175 shares, representing a 6.50% stake in First Elite Capital Modaraba.
