Ibrahim Hasan Murad, serving as an Executive Director, has acquired over a million shares of the company, according to a disclosure filed on March 10, 2025.

The transaction, carried out on February 27, 2025, involved the purchase of 1,425,765 shares at a rate of 0.10 per share. This acquisition has increased Murad's cumulative shareholding in First IBL Modaraba to 3,359,834 shares. The updated holding represents a 15.49% stake in the company.
