Karachi: The Board of Directors of A R Management Services (Private) Limited, the management company overseeing First Imrooz Modaraba, has scheduled a meeting for September 29, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will take place at Room No. 405, 4th Floor, Beaumont Plaza, Civil Lines Quarters, Beaumont Road, Karachi. The primary agenda is to consider the approval of the Annual Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.

In accordance with Rule 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) rule book, a "Closed Period" will be observed from September 22, 2025, to September 29, 2025, inclusive of both dates. During this time frame, no Director, CEO, or Executive will be allowed to engage in any transactions involving the certificates of the Modaraba, either directly or indirectly, in any manner.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the details regarding the meeting and the Closed Period have been uploaded on the PSX web portal PUCARS. Stakeholders and certificate holders of the Modaraba have been duly informed to ensure compliance with the regulatory framework governing the exchange.
