First National Equities Limited Proposes Change in Auditors for Upcoming Fiscal Year

Lahore: First National Equities Limited has announced a proposal for a change in its auditing firm for the financial year ending June 30, 2026. A notice, issued on October 21, 2025, under Section 246(3) of the Companies Act, 2017, details the proposal made by a shareholder of the company.

The proposal suggests appointing MIs. Muniff Zia Uddin & Co., Chartered Accountants, with offices located at Sadiq Plaza, Lahore, as the new auditors. This change is suggested in place of the current auditors, MIs. Tariq Abdul Ghani & Co., Chartered Accountants, whose office is situated in Gulberg-III, Lahore.

The decision on this proposed change is set to be made during the company’s forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Shareholders are scheduled to convene on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., at the registered office of the company in New Garden Town, Lahore.
