First Paramount Modaraba Director Executes Sale of Over 100,000 Share Certificates

Karachi: The substantial certificate holder of First Paramount Modaraba, Asif Nathani, executed a series of sales transactions involving the company's share certificates, as disclosed on July 21, 2026. The transactions were carried out over a four-day period, culminating in a total sale of 100,000 certificates.

According to the recent announcement, Nathani initiated the selling process on July 14, 2026, with a sale of 1,841 certificates at an average price of 13.50 per certificate. This initial transaction left him with a cumulative holding of 1,498,159 certificates, representing 10.87% of the total shares. On the following day, July 15, 2026, Nathani sold an additional 50,000 certificates at an average price of 13.15, reducing his cumulative holding to 1,448,159 certificates, which accounted for 10.50% of the total shares.

The selling spree continued on July 16, 2026, with Nathani offloading 10,000 certificates at an average price of 13.62. This transaction further decreased his holdings to 1,438,159 certificates, or 10.43% of the shares. On the final day of the recorded transactions, July 17, 2026, Nathani sold 38,159 certificates at an average price of 13.21, bringing his total holdings down to 1,400,000 certificates, or 10.15% of the overall shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions by Nathani represent a significant move within the designated market category. The transactions will be reviewed in an upcoming board meeting to address any compliance issues in accordance with clause No. 5.6.1.(d) of PSX Regulations.
