Karachi: First Paramount Modaraba Limited held its 26th Annual Review Meeting on October 28, 2025, at PIMA House, Karachi, and via Zoom, where key resolutions were passed regarding the financial statements and the appointment of auditors for the upcoming fiscal year.
During the meeting, the certificate holders reviewed the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The review included an examination of the Directors’ and Auditors’ reports. The assembly resolved that these documents be formally acknowledged and evaluated as per the established agenda of the meeting.
Another significant agenda item addressed was the reappointment of Messers Crowe Hussain Chaudury & Company as the external auditors for the financial year ending June 30, 2026. The resolution to appoint the firm was recommended by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of First Paramount Modaraba. This appointment remains subject to approval by the Registrar Modaraba, SECP.
