Karachi: First Punjab Modaraba has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors on October 29, 2024, to review the financial statements for the nine months ending September 30, 2024. The meeting will take place at Lahore.

This announcement was made in a formal notice sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, which outlines that the meeting will be held on the third floor of National Tower, located at 28-Egerton Road. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the board will discuss the potential declaration of any entitlements based on the company's financial performance.

Additionally, the notice highlighted the commencement of a "Closed Period" for First Punjab Modaraba starting from October 22, 2024, through to October 29, 2024. During this time, directors, CEOs, or any executives are restricted from dealing in the certificates of the Modaraba directly or indirectly.

The company has requested that the Secretary of the Pakistan Stock Exchange inform TRE Certificate Holders about the closed period and the upcoming board meeting.

The meeting underscores First Punjab Modaraba's compliance with PSX Rule Book's Clause 5.6.4, ensuring transparency and governance standards are maintained during this period.
