First Treet Manufacturing Modaraba Announces 20th Annual Review Meeting Agenda

Lahore: First Treet Manufacturing Modaraba (FTMM) has announced that its 20th Annual Review Meeting (ARM) will be held on October 27, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. The meeting is set to take place at the Modaraba’s registered office located at 72-B, Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore. The date was confirmed in a report issued on October 6, 2026. The ARM notice has been published in both English and Urdu newspapers nationwide on the same date.

The share transfer books of the Modaraba will be closed from October 21 to October 27, 2026, inclusive of both dates. Transfers completed by the close of business on October 20, 2026, at the office of the Modaraba's share registrar, M/S Corplink (Private) Limited, will be considered timely for the ARM.

The meeting's agenda includes confirming the minutes from the previous ARM held on October 27, 2025. The attendees will receive, consider, and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements of FTMM for the year ending June 30, 2026, alongside the Directors' and Auditors' Reports.

The appointment of external auditors for the financial year ending on June 30, 2027, will be discussed, with the board recommending the re-appointment of M/s Kreston Hyder Bhimji & Co, Chartered Accountants.

In special business, the meeting will consider ratifying arm's length transactions conducted with associated companies in the normal business course. These transactions, as disclosed in the notes to the audited financial statements for the financial year ended June 30, 2026, are to be approved and confirmed.

Additional resolutions empower the CEO to authorize all related party transactions within the year and the Board of Directors to approve such transactions for the financial year ending June 30, 2027. These resolutions will be presented to shareholders for formal ratification at the next ARM.

The meeting will also authorize key executives, including the CEO, to undertake necessary actions for implementing these resolutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. These responsibilities encompass signing and filing pertinent documents with various authorities, including the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these procedural measures and decisions are integral to maintaining corporate governance standards and ensuring stakeholder engagement.

The ARM will conclude with attendees considering any additional business matters, pending the Chair's approval.
