Karachi: FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan Limited has reported its financial results for the nine months ending September 30, 2026, showcasing a notable increase in profit. According to the company's statement released on October 26, 2026, the net revenue from contracts with customers reached 88.36 billion rupees, up from 80.23 billion rupees in the same period last year.

The cost of sales for the period amounted to 68.93 billion rupees, compared to 65.84 billion rupees previously, resulting in a gross profit of 19.42 billion rupees, a significant increase from the 14.39 billion rupees recorded in 2025.

Distribution and marketing expenses rose to 6.84 billion rupees from 5.74 billion rupees, while administrative expenses decreased slightly to 1.43 billion rupees from 1.48 billion rupees. Other operating expenses increased to 830.46 million rupees, up from 502.08 million rupees.

FrieslandCampina Engro's operating profit was reported at 10.67 billion rupees, up from 6.95 billion rupees. Finance costs decreased to 462.23 million rupees from 1.09 billion rupees, contributing to a profit before income tax of 10.21 billion rupees, compared to 5.86 billion rupees in the previous year.

The income tax expense for the period stood at 3.74 billion rupees, slightly down from 3.77 billion rupees. Consequently, the profit for the period surged to 6.46 billion rupees, marking a very large or significant move compared to the 2.09 billion rupees recorded last year.

Earnings per share for the period saw a notable increase, standing at 8.43 rupees compared to 2.73 rupees in the same period of the prior year.
