Karachi: Gadoon Textile Mills Limited has announced that its Board of Directors is set to convene on June 13, 2026, to deliberate and approve the company’s budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. The meeting is scheduled to take place at 3:30 p.m. at the company’s Karachi office.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange, Gadoon Textile Mills has instituted a “Closed Period” starting from June 6, 2026, through June 13, 2026. During this interval, no dealings in the company’s shares by any Director, CEO, or Executive, whether directly or indirectly, are permitted.
