Karachi: Gadoon Textile Mills Limited has announced a forthcoming board meeting set for October 26, 2024, at the company's head office. The primary agenda for the meeting includes the review of the quarterly financial statements for the period ending September 30, 2024.

In a notice addressed to the General Manager of the Pakistan Stock Exchange, Muhammad Umair, Company Secretary for Gadoon Textile Mills, outlined that the board of directors would convene. This session is critical as it will dictate the company's financial direction following the end of the third quarter.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also declared a "Closed Period" from October 19 to October 26, during which no directors, CEOs, or executives will be permitted to deal in the company's shares, either directly or indirectly. This standard procedure aims to prevent any insider trading during times when unpublished financials could unfairly influence stock prices.
