Karachi, According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Gazi Fabrics International Limited has announced the temporary shutdown of its spinning production activities. The decision comes in response to the prevailing economic conditions, including increased power costs and the non-availability of quality cotton at affordable prices. The company has decided to cease operations of its spinning units until further notice, while its weaving units will continue to operate.

The company stated it will continue to monitor the situation to determine a future course of action. This information has been disclosed in compliance with Section 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1 (a) of the PSX Regulations.
