These individuals, serving in various capacities such as directors and CEO, have reported the transfer of their qualifying shares to Ghani Global Holdings Ltd. Mansoor Ahmad Khan, a director, transferred one share, resulting in a cumulative shareholding of 1,797,832, representing 0.31% of the total shares. Similarly, Atique Ahmad Khan, also a director, executed an identical transfer, maintaining the same shareholding and percentage.

Hafiz Farooq Ahmad, who holds the dual role of CEO and director, executed a transfer of one share, culminating in a cumulative shareholding of 1,820,934, also accounting for 0.31% of the company's shares. The most substantial transaction involved Ghani Global Holdings Ltd., which received three shares in the transfer, significantly boosting its shareholding to 279.91 million shares, equating to 49.06% of the total.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions are part of a regulatory requirement to disclose interest by directors, CEO, executives, and substantial shareholders under PSX Regulation No. 5.6.4. The company has confirmed that these transactions will be reviewed in an upcoming board meeting, where any non-compliance issues will be addressed in accordance with PSX Regulation clause No. 5.6.1.(d).
