Ghani Chemical Industries Reports Financial Results Without Dividend Distribution

Lahore: Ghani Chemical Industries Limited has announced its financial results for the nine months ending on March 31, 2026. In a meeting held by the Board of Directors on April 28, 2026, the company disclosed that no cash dividend, bonus shares, right shares, or any other entitlements will be distributed for this period. The meeting took place at the company’s registered office at 10-N, Model Town, Lahore.

The financial statements reveal that the standalone and consolidated figures have been prepared and attached as Annexure – A (Standalone) and Annexure – B (Consolidated). The company’s quarterly report for the period ending March 31, 2026, will be transmitted through PUCARS separately within the specified time.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Ghani Chemical Industries reported a total comprehensive income of 1.93 billion rupees for the nine months ending March 31, 2026. This marks a significant increase from the 1.22 billion rupees reported in the same period the previous year. The company’s total equity at the end of March 2026 stood at 10.72 billion rupees, reflecting a very large move in the company’s financial standing.

The financial results indicate that, as of March 31, 2026, the company’s share capital remained steady at 5.70 billion rupees, with capital reserves and loans from directors unchanged from the previous reporting period. The revenue reserve, specifically the unappr opriated profit, increased to 4.97 billion rupees from the restated figure of 3.05 billion rupees on June 30, 2025. This growth in reserves is indicative of the company’s improved profitability and financial health over the past nine months.
