This right offer, if not accepted by the given deadline, will be considered declined and subsequently managed by the Board of Directors as per section 83 of the Companies Act, 2017. The rights shares, offered at a subscription price of Rs. 100 per share, are divided into a redeemable portion of Rs. 90 and an irredeemable portion of Rs. 10.
