Karachi: The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) have given the green light for the issuance, circulation, and publication of the prospectus for the public offering of 104,200,000 ordinary shares of Ghani Dairies Limited. This offering will proceed through the book building method, marking a significant step for the company in entering public markets.
On January 27, 2026, it was announced that 75% of the total issue size, amounting to 78.15 million shares, will be offered via the book building process. The shares are set at a floor price of PKR 24.00 each, with a maximum price band extending up to 40%, reaching PKR 33.60 per share.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), eligible participants can engage in the book building process by completing a one-time registration with the exchange. These participants, particularly those who are clearing members of the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL), must provide essential contact information to PSX through email. Additionally, they are required to express their interest to NCCPL in participating in the book building system by submitting an email with the subject "Book Building Auction" and adhering to the margin submission requirements outlined in the Public Offering Regulations, 2017.
The registration period for eligible participants starts on January 28, 2026, and concludes at 3:00 PM on February 3, 2026. The bidding dates are scheduled from February 2 to February 3, 2026, with participants required to submit their bids between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Furthermore, the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited has stipulated the designated time schedule for collecting margin money against bid amounts, running from January 28, 2026, to February 3, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Successful bidders will have their collections processed on February 4, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NOON, while refunds of margin money for unsuccessful bids will be handled within the same timeframe.
