Ghani Global Holdings Limited Grants Stock Options to Employees Under ESOS

Karachi: In a move aimed at incentivizing its workforce, Ghani Global Holdings Limited (GGL) announced on Tuesday that its Board of Directors has approved the granting of stock options to eligible employees. This decision was made during the board meeting held at the company’s registered office.

The board’s decision involves the allocation of stock options equivalent to 3,541,196 ordinary shares, representing 1% of the company’s paid-up capital. These options have been granted under the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) previously approved by the shareholders. The stock options are set at an exercise price of PKR 19.22 per share. The scheme requires a minimum vesting period of one year, followed by an exercise period of one year.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the allocation of these stock options reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing employee engagement and aligning their interests with the company’s growth objectives.

The designated market category for Ghani Global Holdings Limited remains unchanged. The company has requested that the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed of this development.
