Karachi: Globe Residency REIT has announced that a final cash dividend amounting to Rs. 4.00 per unit has been credited to the bank accounts of its unit-holders. This distribution, representing an annualized 40.00% for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, was officially processed on October 16, 2026.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the dividend payment is a significant move in the real estate investment trust sector. This action reflects the company's financial performance and commitment to shareholder returns.

However, Globe Residency REIT noted that the dividend payments for unit-holders who have not provided valid International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) or Computerized National Identity Cards (CNIC) have been withheld. This step aligns with Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017. The company assured that these withheld dividends will be managed following the applicable laws, regulations, and directives of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

This decision underscores the importance of compliance with regulatory requirements for investors to ensure the seamless distribution of dividends in future transactions.
