Globe Residency REIT Declares 40% Cash Dividend Amid Financial Results Announcement

Karachi: The Board of Directors of Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited, responsible for managing the Globe Residency REIT, has announced financial results for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, during their meeting on Thursday, August 20, 2026. The board declared a final cash dividend of Rs. 4.00 per unit, representing a 40.00% payout to unit holders. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), no bonus or right shares have been issued, and there are no other entitlements or corporate actions planned.

The dividend will be allocated to unit holders registered by October 5, 2026. Following the closure of the Share Transfer Books from October 6 to October 8, 2026, the entitlements will be finalized. The annual report, detailing the financial position, profit or loss, changes in unit-holder’s fund, and cash flows, will be communicated via PUCARS.

The financial position of the REIT shows total assets at Rs. 6.84 billion, up from Rs. 5.62 billion in the previous year. Current assets reached Rs. 6.83 billion, with significant holdings in contract assets and inventory property. Revenue reserves stood at Rs. 669.81 million, contributing to a total unit holders’ fund of Rs. 2.07 billion.

Liabilities increased to Rs. 4.77 billion, with non-current liabilities decreasing in long-term financing to Rs. 1.38 billion, and current liabilities rising to Rs. 3.39 billion, driven by obligations to joint operators and contract liabilities.

Revenue from contracts with customers amounted to Rs. 4.80 billion, increasing from Rs. 2.63 billion the previous year, while the cost of sales totaled Rs. 4.06 billion, leading to a gross profit of Rs. 736.51 million. Administrative expenses slightly increased to Rs. 148.77 million. The REIT’s net operating income reached Rs. 587.73 million, with a profit after taxation of Rs. 578.18 million, resulting in an earnings per unit of Rs. 4.13.
