Karachi: The Government of Pakistan's Ijarah Sukuk (GIS) security, P01GIS140325, has been officially delisted from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) following its maturity and subsequent final payment to investors.
The maturity of the security was reached on March 14, 2025, and the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) has confirmed that all eligible investors have received their final payments. According to the procedures set by the PSX, Central Depository Company (CDC), and NCCPL, the delisting of this security will be effective from March 17, 2025.
The delisting follows the suspension of trading in the GIS as referenced in PSX Notice# PSX/N-240, dated March 03, 2025. The notice outlined the procedures related to the maturity payment of the security.
