Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange has announced that the ninth Government of Pakistan Hybrid Sukuk (GHS) auction will be held on June 23, 2026. This auction follows the revised schedule outlined in PSX Notice# PSX/N-693 dated June 08, 2026, and will be conducted via the PSX Auction System.

The Hybrid Sukuk structure involves an Ijarah Sale & Lease Back (Ijarah SLB) transaction and a Commodity Murabaha transaction, with 55% of the proceeds allocated to Ijarah SLB and 45% to Commodity Murabaha. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this dual structure is designed to cater to various investment preferences.

Eligible participants for this auction include all Broker Clearing Members (BCMs), Non-Broker Clearing Members (NBCMs), and Professional Clearing Members (PCMs) of the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL). These participants can engage in the auction for their proprietary accounts, investors, and managed funds.

Participants are required to use their existing credentials, including User ID, Password, and PIN Code, previously used in the last auction for investor mapping and cash assignment. Any amendments to Participants' Admin user details must be communicated to PSX/NCCPL through designated email addresses.

Participants eligible for advance amounts under NCCPL regulations must provide a 10% Advance Committed Amount instrument-wise and notify PSX/NCCPL via specified email addresses with the subject clearly labeled "Primary Market Auction Setup."

To ensure seamless participation, participants are advised to verify instrument mapping from the Bid Screen upon logging into their Front Office Terminals. New investors must be registered in the PSX Auction System following defined procedures, with accurate UIN, CDC Participants ID, and CDC Sub Account No./CDC Investor A/c No. required for successful registration. The system is integrated with the CDS for validation purposes.

Professional Clearing Members may also register their Trading-Only brokers in the PSX Auction System with clear identification of broker code or name, or use multiple IDs on behalf of their TO brokers.
