According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company is moving through the required legal channels, including the submission of an affidavit, an auditor’s certificate, and a paid application fee of Rs. 15,025.
Upon receiving approval from the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Guardian Limited has committed to providing a copy of the approval to the exchange within 48 hours. The company has emphasized its adherence to the Companies Act, 2017, in seeking this extension.
