Karachi: Habib Bank Limited (HBL) has announced the book closure period for the fourteenth profit payment of its ADT-1 TFC2 2022, designated as "HBLTFC3". The bank has scheduled the profit payment, originally due on June 28, 2026, to be made on June 29, 2026, as June 28 is a non-business day.

The transfer books for "HBLTFC3" will be closed from June 22 to June 28, 2026, inclusive of both dates. Investors who wish to be eligible for the profit payment must ensure their transfers are received by the bank's registrar, M/s CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, located at CDC House, 99-B, Block 'B', S.M.C.H.S., Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi-74400, by the close of business on June 19, 2026.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this announcement is in line with the Trust Deed dated December 09, 20ZZ, which governs the terms of the profit payment.
