Karachi: Habib Bank Limited (HBL) has announced the schedule for the transfer of book closure concerning the tenth profit payment for its ADT-1 TFC2 2022, labeled as "HBLTFC3." The announcement was made through newspaper advertisements set to be published in Business Recorder and Daily Jang on June 11, 2025.
The bank has informed Term Finance Certificate (TFC) holders that the tenth profit payment, originally due on June 28, 2025, will be delayed due to the date not falling on a business day. Consequently, in alignment with the Trust Deed dated December 9, 2022, the payment will be executed on the next business day, June 30, 2025.
The transfer books for ADT-1 TFC2 "HBLTFC3" are scheduled to remain closed from June 22, 2025, to June 28, 2025, inclusively. Holders of the TFCs whose names are recorded in the register as of the close of business on June 20, 2025, will be eligible for the profit payment. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the payment will be made through direct credit into the respective IBANs of TFC holders.
In compliance with Sub-Clause (i) of Clause 5C.8. of Chapter 5C of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations, HBL has urged all TFC holders to ensure their IBAN details are updated in their respective Central Depository System (CDS) accounts. Additionally, any changes in address or relevant details, including tax status (filer/exempted/non-filer), should be communicated to the bank's registrar.
The registrar, M/s. CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, based in Karachi, will handle the necessary updates and notifications for TFC holders.
