Hi-Tech Lubricants Ltd Expands Infrastructure with Strategic Land Acquisition in Sindh

Karachi: Hi-Tech Lubricants Ltd (HTL) has announced the acquisition of approximately 8.7 acres of land in Daulatpur, District Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh, marking a crucial step in its strategic expansion plans. The acquisition, disclosed on August 12, 2026, is aimed at developing an oil storage depot under the Company's Oil Marketing Company (OMC) segment.

The development of this depot is poised to bolster HTL's operational capabilities in the southern region of Pakistan. The project is designed to support the Company's planned expansion of its retail fuel station network across Sindh, contingent upon the completion of regulatory approvals and development prerequisites.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the establishment of the storage infrastructure at this juncture of HTL's OMC growth is expected to enhance the availability and continuity of petroleum product supplies across the retail network in Sindh. The strategic location of the depot is anticipated to improve supply-chain efficiency by reducing transportation distances and logistical lead times.

The proposed depot will facilitate the sustainable volumetric growth of HTL's OMC segment and aid in the planned addition of new retail fuel stations throughout the province. Furthermore, the development is set to strengthen the Company's long-term geographical diversification and market presence in southern Pakistan.

All development activities for the proposed depot will be carried out in compliance with the requirements set by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and other relevant authorities. The expansion aligns with HTL's commitment to enhancing its infrastructure and operational footprint in the region.
