On an unconsolidated basis, the pharmaceutical giant announced a whopping 300%(F) dividend, with a pre-tax profit of PKR 3,302.684 million and a post-tax profit of PKR 2,403.013 million, resulting in an EPS of 45.35. Furthermore, the consolidated financials indicated a pre-tax profit of PKR 3,359.287 million and a post-tax profit of PKR 2,447.676 million, with an EPS of 46.20. The AGM is set for April 29, 2024, at 11:00 AM, with the book closure dates from April 22 to April 29, 2024.
