Karachi: Highnoon Laboratories Limited has reported the loss of share certificates belonging to its shareholders, according to a report dated August 7, 2026. The company has received indemnities from the concerned parties, necessitating a formal notification to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

Meanwhile, the late Mr. Alchai's certificates under folio number 5266 correspond to a total of 2,613 shares across various certificate and distinctive numbers.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has requested that the details of the lost certificates be circulated among the exchange's members. The notification underscores that duplicate share certificates will be issued if no claims are received within seven days from the date of the circular.
