Lahore: On October 28, 2024, Highnoon Laboratories Limited disclosed to shareholders that it will not distribute any dividends, bonus shares, or rights shares for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. The board meeting, held at their corporate office in Lahore, confirmed that there were no new entitlements or price-sensitive corporate actions to announce following their review of the company's quarterly financial performance.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company also released its unaudited financial results for the third quarter. The financial statements show that Highnoon Laboratories achieved a revenue of Rs. 5.92 billion for the quarter, bringing its nine-month total to Rs. 16.95 billion, compared to Rs. 14.89 billion in the same period last year. This reflects an increase in revenue and suggests a strong market position despite no new share distributions.

The documents further highlighted that the net profit after tax for the quarter stood at Rs. 858.98 million, up from Rs. 618.77 million year-over-year. Earnings per share for the quarter also saw an increase to Rs. 16.21 from Rs. 11.68 in the previous year.

This announcement came as part of the routine disclosures to the PSX and serves to keep the Trading Right Entitlement (TRE) certificate holders and other investors informed about the company's financial health and strategic decisions.
