Hoechst Pakistan Limited Announces Interim Cash Dividend for Shareholders

Karachi: Hoechst Pakistan Limited has notified its shareholders of the electronic credit of an interim cash dividend for the half-year ending June 30, 2026. The company has confirmed that the dividend, amounting to Rs. 80.00 per share, representing 800%, has been credited electronically into the bank accounts of eligible shareholders on September 14, 2026.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this announcement aligns with the company's compliance with Clause 5.6.9 (b) of the PSX Rule Book. The notice is set to be published in the Business Recorder and Nawa-i-Waqt on September 15, 2026, as part of the company's commitment to transparency and adherence to regulations.

The company has stated that dividends for shareholders who have not provided valid Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) and International Bank Account Numbers (IBANs) have been withheld. Compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, and the Companies (Distribution and Dividends) Regulations, 2017, necessitates the provision of these details for electronic credit.

Shareholders with physical shares are advised to submit the required details to the company's Share Registrar, FAMCO Share Registration Services (Private) Limited, via the electronic credit mandate form available on the company's website. Those holding shares in electronic form with the Central Depository Company (CDC) are requested to update their information with CDC Investor Account Services or CDS participants.
