The dividend, declared by the company’s Board of Directors on August 13, 2025, has been credited to shareholders’ bank accounts on September 4, 2025. This action aligns with Clause 5.6.9 (b) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Rule Book.
The dividend, amounting to Rs. 50.00 per share, represents a 500% payout and has been distributed through electronic means to shareholders who have submitted valid Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) and International Bank Account Numbers (IBANs). According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this development is part of the company’s compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, and Companies (Distribution and Dividends) Regulations, 2017.
Shareholders who have not provided the necessary CNIC and bank account details have had their dividends withheld. These shareholders are urged to submit the required information to the company’s Share Registrar, FAMCO Share Registration Services (Private) Limited. For those holding shares in electronic form through the Central Depository Company (CDC), the necessary details must be provided to the CDC Investor Account Services or CDS participants.
Additionally, shareholders can access their cash dividend status through the Centralized Cash Dividend Register (CCDR) developed by the CDC. This online portal provides comprehensive information on the status of dividends, including amounts paid, withheld, and any tax or Zakat deductions.
