According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has declared a closed period from September 23, 2024, to October 04, 2024, in accordance with Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. During this period, the company’s directors, CEO, and executives are prohibited from engaging in any transactions involving HUM Network’s shares, either directly or indirectly.
