Karachi: IBL HealthCare Limited has announced its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders, set to take place on October 28, 2024. This year's meeting will be held at Karachi-75530 and will also be accessible via video conferencing.

The AGM aims to engage shareholders in key decisions, including the ratification of the minutes from the previous meeting held on October 27, 2023. Attendees will be asked to receive, consider, and adopt the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, alongside reports from directors and independent auditors.

Furthermore, the assembly will decide on the reappointment of the company's auditors, A.F. Ferguson and Co., who, after retiring, have expressed their willingness to continue in their role.
