Lahore: ICC Industries Limited, formerly known as ICC Textiles Limited, has announced that its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the company's registered office on Anand Road, Upper Mall, Lahore on October 28, 2024. The meeting is scheduled to start at 10:30 a.m. and will address several key points of ordinary business for the company.

The agenda for the meeting includes the confirmation of the minutes from the last AGM held on November 27, 2023. The company will also present and seek approval for the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. These statements will include insights from both the directors and auditors of ICC Industries Limited.

In addition, shareholders will appoint statutory auditors for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, and determine their remuneration. Any other business matters that arise will be discussed with the permission of the Chair.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), ICC Industries has also outlined several notes related to the AGM. The company's share register will be closed from October 22, 2024, to October 28, 2024, for dividend processing and other administrative purposes. Shareholders who wish to attend the meeting may appoint a proxy, who must be registered with the company at least 48 hours before the meeting begins.
