Karachi: IGI Holdings Limited has issued a formal notice to its shareholders regarding unclaimed shares and dividends, as outlined in Section 72 and Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017. The notice, dated August 19, 2026, was published in the Business Recorder and Nawa-i-Waqt newspapers.

The notice informs shareholders that shares and dividends declared by IGI Holdings Limited, which have remained unclaimed for over three years, are listed on the company's website under the "Investor-Relations/Notice to Shareholders" section. These shares and dividends are accessible for claim by the rightful shareholders.

In compliance with the requirements of Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017, IGI Holdings Limited had previously dispatched notices via courier and registered post to shareholders at their last known addresses.
