Lahore: IGI Life Insurance Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on October 23, 2024. The meeting will take place at Lahore and will also be accessible via video-link. The primary agenda for this meeting is to review and approve the unaudited condensed financial statements of the company for the quarter and nine months ending September 30, 2024.

According to the notification, the company has also declared a "Closed Period" from October 16, 2024, to October 23, 2024, inclusive of both days. During this period, in line with Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations, no Director, CEO, or any executive of the company is permitted to trade in the company’s shares.

The meeting is set to discuss the potential declaration of any entitlement to the shareholders for the said period, subject to approval. The company has directed the PSX to notify its TRE Certificate Holders about the upcoming board meeting and the closed period restrictions.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the notification was signed by Saniya Saeed Khan, the Company Secretary of IGI Life Insurance Limited.
