Lahore: IGI Life Insurance Limited has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for August 21, 2024, to review and approve the company's financial statements for the first half of the year ended June 30, 2024. The meeting will be conducted both at the Lahore office and via video-link.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also instituted a "Closed Period" from August 15 to August 21, 2024. During this time, company directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from buying or selling company shares, in compliance with PSX Regulation Clause 5.6.4.
