Indus Dyeing & Manufacturing to Hold 69th Annual General Meeting in Karachi

Karachi: Indus Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Limited has announced that it will be holding its 69th Annual General Meeting on October 27, 2026, at its facility located in the Korangi Industrial Area of Karachi. The meeting, scheduled to commence at 4:00 P.M., will address a series of ordinary and special business matters.

The agenda for the meeting includes the confirmation of the minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting held on June 15, 2026. Shareholders will also be asked to receive, approve, and adopt the audited consolidated and unconsolidated financial statements of the company for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
