The directors were elected unopposed, in accordance with Section 159 of the Companies Act, 2017, and will serve for a term of three years starting from October 22, 2026.

The newly elected board members are Mr. Musadaq Zulqarnain, Mr. Navid Fazil, Mr. Muhammad Maqsood, Ms. Farwa Hasnain, Ms. Fatima Asad Khan, Ms. Romana Abdullah, Mr. Tariq Iqbal Khan, Ms. Faryal Sadiq, and Mr. Jahan Zeb Khan Banth. Among these members, Ms. Farwa Hasnain, Ms. Fatima Asad Khan, and Ms. Romana Abdullah have been appointed as independent directors.
