The transactions, both purchase and sale, were executed by Anzeem Bilwani, the spouse of Erum Bilwani, who is a non-executive director of the company.

On May 15, 2025, Anzeem Bilwani engaged in two significant transactions in the ready market category. The first transaction was a purchase of 5,000 shares at a rate of 58.25 each. This acquisition increased the cumulative number of shares held to 1,081,001, representing 0.84% of the company's total shares.

Following the purchase, Anzeem Bilwani also executed a sale of 2,276 shares on the same date and at the same rate of 58.25. This sale adjusted the cumulative holdings to 1,078,725 shares, maintaining the cumulative percentage at 0.84%.
