Karachi: International Packaging Films Limited has announced a revision to its previously communicated Book Closure dates, according to a statement released by the company on Thursday. The modification concerns the period designated for determining entitlements related to the financial results for the fiscal year ended on June 30, 2025.

Initially, the company had set the Book Closure period from October 17, 2025, to October 23, 2025. However, the revised schedule now establishes the closure from October 16, 2025, to October 23, 2025, inclusive of both days. The purpose of the Book Closure remains unchanged.

The adjustment in dates ensures that stakeholders are accurately informed about the timeline for determining entitlements. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange are to be updated about this change to ensure proper dissemination of the revised schedule.

The company had earlier communicated the initial Book Closure dates in a statement dated September 18, 2025. This revision reflects the company's commitment to maintaining transparency and keeping stakeholders informed of any adjustments affecting their interests.
