Lahore: Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited has released its un-audited financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2026, revealing a decline in profits compared to the same period last year. The Board of Directors, during a meeting held on April 27, 2026, recommended no cash dividend, bonus shares, right shares, or any other corporate action.
The company’s income for the quarter was characterized by a drop in revenue from various streams. The income from leasing operations for the quarter stood at 12,662,178 rupees, down from 14,193,786 rupees in the previous year. Operating lease rentals were reported at 2,945,864 rupees, while income from finances decreased to 14,504,821 rupees from 20,340,119 rupees in the comparative period.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Invest Capital’s net gain on the sale of marketable securities amounted to 817,509 rupees, compared to 1,468,818 rupees last year. Additionally, the company reported an unrealized loss on financial assets at fair value, with a net loss of 20,349,266 rupees for the quarter.
Despite an increase in other income to 25,908,062 rupees from 1,518,111 rupees, the company’s administrative and operating expenses rose to 9,655,133 rupees from 7,600,909 rupees. Consequently, profit for the period before income tax and levies was reported at 30,595,049 rupees, a decrease from the previous year’s 36,151,952 rupees. This decline represents an 11.62% decrease in quarterly profits.
The earnings per share for the quarter were recorded at 0.107 rupees, down from 0.127 rupees in the same quarter last year. The company’s cash flow from operating activities before working capital changes was reported at 79.40 million rupees, with net cash generated from operations totaling 67.87 million rupees for the nine months ended March 31, 2026.
