Lahore: Itanz Technologies Limited has announced the revocation of its previously scheduled Annual General Meeting for the year ended June 30, 2026. The meeting, initially planned for October 9, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. in Lahore, was also to include the closure of the company's Share Transfer Books from October 3, 2026, to October 9, 2026.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has canceled the announced meeting details, including the date, time, and venue, effective immediately. The company has assured that the revised schedule for the Annual General Meeting and the new Book Closure period will be communicated separately to the exchange in due course.
