Lahore: Itanz Technologies Limited, formerly known as Zahur Cotton Mills Limited, has announced a request for an extension to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company is seeking a 30-day extension for the AGM, as per sections 132 and 223 of the Companies Act, 2017.
