Lahore: Itanz Technology Limited, formerly known as Zahur Cotton Mills Limited, has announced the unopposed election of its directors, according to a notice released under Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017. The announcement was made ahead of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, scheduled for December 31, 2025, in Lahore.

The company, which belongs to the designated market category of technology firms, informed its members that seven individuals have submitted their candidacies for the board of directors. The candidates include Mr. Imran Zaid, Ms. Javeria Malik, Mr. Syed Jawed Ali, Mr. Muhammad Sheraz, Mr. Muhammad Faheem Qureshi, Ms. Sana Malik, and Ms. Azra Parveen.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the number of candidates matches the number of director positions that need to be filled. Consequently, these individuals will be deemed elected unopposed for a term of three years starting from the election date.

The meeting will be held at the registered office of the company at 623-B, PCSIR-II, Lahore, beginning at 10:00 a.m. PST. The directors will guide the company’s strategic direction during their tenure, contributing to the company’s objectives and operations.
