Karachi, Jahangir Siddiqui and Co. Limited's (Symbol: JSTFCII) Term Finance Certificates will be delisted from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE) effective October 26, 2023. This follows the final redemption of the entire principal outstanding and payment of accrued profit in respect of the Term Finance Certificates. The company confirmed the completion of the necessary payments via a letter dated October 3, 2023, supported by an Auditor's Certificate, and disseminated through PUCARS. This decision comes after Notice No. PSX/N-860 dated August 21, 2023, regarding the same matter.
