Karachi, JS Bank Limited has released its annual financial results for the year ending December 31, 2023. On an unconsolidated basis, the bank reported a pre-tax profit of PKR 8,515.174 million and a post-tax profit of PKR 4,334.918 million, with an EPS of PKR 2.75. The consolidated financials showed a pre-tax profit of PKR 18,330.974 million and a post-tax profit of PKR 10,385.260 million, with an EPS of PKR 5.99. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for March 29, 2024, with book closure from March 23 to March 29, 2024.
