JS Bank Limited Announces Closure of Books for 7th Profit Payment on TFC-IV


Karachi: JS Bank Limited has announced the closure of its transfer books in preparation for the 7th profit payment on its Term Finance Certificates (TFCs), bearing the symbol JSBLTFC3. The financial event is scheduled for June 28, 2025, with the books set to be closed from June 15, 2025, to June 28, 2025, for entitlement determination.



JS Bank Limited, a key player in the banking sector, has issued a notification regarding the forthcoming profit redemption of its TFC-IV, which was originally issued on December 28, 2021. This payment is part of the Bank’s Tier 2 Capital strategy, with the total issuance amounting to PKR 2,500 million.



According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Bank has advised TFC holders to ensure that any changes to their address or income tax exemption status are promptly communicated to the Bank’s Registrar, M/s CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, located in Karachi. This step is crucial to guarantee timely processing of the profit payment.



The announcement has been disseminated through newspaper clippings in “The News” and “Daily Jang,” catering to the Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad markets. Stakeholders have been instructed to inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange about this development.
