Karachi: JS Investments Limited has announced the credit of an interim cash dividend for its JS Momentum Factor ETF (JSMFETF) unitholders. The dividend, amounting to Rs. 2 per share or 20% for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, was approved by the Chief Executive Officer under the authority delegated by the Board of Directors on March 27, 2025. The payment has been electronically credited to the designated bank accounts of entitled unitholders who have provided valid documentation such as Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) and International Bank Account Numbers (IBANs).
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the unitholders of JSMFETF are advised to ensure their details are accurate and complete to facilitate smooth transactions. The Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) has introduced the Centralized Cash Dividend Register (CCDR), an e-services web portal that maintains records of dividends paid, unpaid, or withheld by listed companies. This portal aims to assist unitholders in retrieving dividend details for their records.
Additionally, reports on Dividend/Zakat & Tax Deduction are accessible through the Participant (Stockbroker) provided on their CDS terminals, and unitholders can receive them at their registered email addresses. The Fund has withheld dividends for unitholders who have not submitted complete and accurate information, including valid IBANs and bank account details, as per Sections 242-243 of the Companies Act, 2017, and Section 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017.
To claim withheld cash dividends, JSMFETF unitholders are urged to submit legible copies of their valid CNICs and provide complete bank account details, including valid 24-digit IBANs, to their respective Participant/Broker/CDC Investor Account Services. This information may also be submitted through the E-Dividend Mandate Form available online to facilitate the release of entitled dividends.
