Karachi: Jubilee General Insurance Company Limited has scheduled an emergent board meeting for June 29, 2026, to appoint a new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The meeting will take place at 11:30 a.m. at Jubilee Insurance House on I.I. Chundrigar Road in Karachi and will also be accessible via Zoom audio/video conferencing.

The board meeting, which does not pertain to financial results, aims to finalize the leadership appointments following the election of directors.
