Karachi: Jubilee General Insurance Company Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 24, 2024, to assess the unaudited financial statements for the nine months ended September 30, 2024. The meeting is slated at Karachi.

The session aims to deliberate the financial performance of the company over the past three quarters. A notice issued to the General Manager of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited highlighted the enforcement of a closed period from October 18 to October 24, 2024, during which directors, the CEO, and key executives will refrain from trading the company's shares.
